facilities.

DIRECTIONS TO THE CLINIC
From Eastern Long Island
Take the long island expressway
west to exit 40 w (Mineola) and follow route 25 for approximately 720
yards. Get immediately into the left lane and at the light make a sharp
left onto Cantiague rock road. Proceed for approximately 1/2 mile. Turn
right into complex.
From Western Long Island/New York City
Take the Long Island Expressway to exit
40 w (rt 25 w). Follow the service road and turn right, following signs
for rt-25 w. Get immediately into the left lane and at the light make a
sharp left onto Cantiague Rock Road. Proceed for approximately 1/2 mile.
Turn right into complex
From The South Shore of Long Island / New
Jersey
Take the Southern State Parkway to the
Meadowbrook Parkway north to the Northern State Parkway east for 3
miles. Exit 34 is Brush Hollow Road/Westbury. Take brush hollow road
north toward Jericho turnpike for approximately 3/4 mile. Just before
Jericho Turnpike (across from a 7-11 store), make a sharp right onto
Cantiague Rock Road. Proceed for approximately 1/2 mile. Turn right into
complex.
